YOU MAY SUBMIT YOUR GRANT APPLICATION IN ONE OF THREE WAYS:

OPTION 1: Submit Application Via Google Drive

  • Open the Grant Application Google Doc

  • Make a Copy of the document (How to Save a Copy of a Google Doc)

  • Share your completed document with your building administrator and with the East Grand Rapids Schools Foundation, astuursm@egrps.org

OPTION 2: Submit Using Online Form

Complete the online Grant Application form and please note:

  • We STRONGLY encourage you to write your grant sections in a Word or Google document and then copy and paste those sections into the web form
  • Once you click “SUBMIT” on the web form, you CANNOT retrieve it to make changes. Your original document will be your backup in case additional information is needed.
  • When you SUBMIT your web form, it is automatically submitted to both your building principal and EGRSF
