What are your plans after graduation?
To study cellular and molecular biomedical sciences at the University of Michigan

What have you learned in East that will enable you to be successful?
That it’s possible to challenge yourself academically but also balance sports and a social life.

What were you like in school?
Generally quiet but once I become comfortable in class I am very talkative

Did you have a favorite teacher or class?
Vandenbrinks, History of the Americas.

If you had to choose one moment in one location to serve as the signature moment of your East school experience, what would it be?
Our senior night for soccer from last year.

What do you know now that you wish you’d known when you were younger?
That school is a great experience if you choose to make it a fun experience.

Who from East do you think you’ll stay in touch with in the future?
My close friends and most likely other people going to Michigan from East.

What advice do you have for young East kids?
Enjoy school while you can and cherish all the memories because it’s such a great time in your life even if it doesn’t seem like it.

Bonus question: What are you glad we didn’t ask you about?
The workload in school.
