What are your plans after graduation?
Enjoying summer with my friends and then going to the University of Michigan to study economics.

What have you learned in East that will enable you to be successful?
I have learned a lot about engaging in a global community, which has boosted my critical thinking skills and open mindedness.

What were you like in school?
I didn’t talk much, but when I did it was probably something funny. I worked hard, but also had a good time.

Did you have a favorite teacher or class?
Mrs Michell!!

If you had to choose one moment in one location to serve as the signature moment of your East school experience, what would it be?
Football playoffs this past season. It was so much fun and spirits were so high.

What do you know now that you wish you’d known when you were younger?
I wish I knew how difficult high school would be and how diligent you have to be.

Who from East do you think you’ll stay in touch with in the future?
Johnathan Sheldon IV, Aidan Callahan, Murr, Tuck, and all of my teammates.

What advice do you have for young East kids?
Study hard! It’s challenging, but also enjoy it.

Bonus question: What are you glad we didn’t ask you about?
Haha I’m glad you didn’t ask about my least favorite teacher.
