You can only have one: Rose’s caramel corn, an ice cream cone from Jersey Junction, or a Yesterdog. Which do you choose?
Jersey Junction!!!
What are your plans after graduation?
I'm attending the Young Americans College of Performing arts in Corona, California.
What have you learned in East that will enable you to be successful?
Going to East has taught me a lot. I have learned to work hard and give 100% in everything I do. Sometimes we learn more from our failures and I appreciate that East supports you in those lessons and they have helped me grow into the person I am today.
What were you like in school?
In school I was always friendly and talkative. I sometimes had a hard time focusing in class because of the social side of me.
Did you have a favorite teacher or class?
One of my favorite teachers was Mr. Faber. He helped me a lot in math and was always such a fun and bright person. He taught me a lot about working hard and following my dreams.
If you had to choose one moment in one location to serve as the signature moment of your East school experience, what would it be?
One moment that comes to mind is senior retreat and being surrounded by my whole class. Little did I know how much that weekend would mean to me because our senior year was cut short. Another moment would be making Madrigals choir because I have been looking forward to that since elementary school and it was a dream of mine to be in the top choir.
What do you know now that you wish you’d known when you were younger?
I wish I had known how fast time would go. It is cheesy but true, time does fly when you are having fun. If I had known this I think I would have appreciated every good and bad moment at East a little bit more.
Who from East do you think you’ll stay in touch with in the future?
All my friends!! I am very thankful for all of them, they all helped make my high school experience as amazing and memorable as it was. I can't wait to continue to make memories with them.
What advice do you have for young East kids?
I would say to enjoy every moment you have here. East is a wonderful place to grow up and we have so many fun traditions that make being a Pioneer so special. Make lots of memories and have fun because it goes by fast.
Bonus question: What are you glad we didn’t ask you about?
Most embarrassing moment... there's a lot.
