In 2004, the Foundation approved a $10,000 grant that funded staff diversity training from leading experts in the field.
We’d funded other diversity-related grants before that one, and we’ve funded more since, including the Champions of Diversity program at the middle school.
Is there more work to be done? Yes, of course there is.
